All booking requests submitted through our platform are subject to availability and final confirmation by the respective travel suppliers (airlines, hotel operators, and local transport networks).

• Pricing: Displayed prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN), United States Dollar (USD), or Euro (EUR). Rates are subject to change due to fuel surcharges, tax updates, or supplier rate variations until a booking is paid in full and confirmed.

• Payment: Payments are processed securely via third-party systems like Paystack. A booking request is only completed upon receipt of a successful payment confirmation and receipt.

Our car hire, airport pickup, and airport drop-off services are subject to specific operational rules:

• Information Accuracy: Customers must provide exact pickup addresses, drop-off airport terminals, dates, times, and correct flight numbers (vital for monitoring delays in pickup mode).

• Cancellation Fees: To maintain high service standards, a 100% cancellation fee applies to all airport transfer reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellation requests made earlier are eligible for refunds or service credits, subject to handling fees.

• Flight Delays: We monitor flight numbers. However, in the event of major delays exceeding 2 hours, customers should contact our emergency support team directly to coordinate driver scheduling.

It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to ensure they hold all valid travel documentation required for their journey, including passports (with at least 6 months validity), visa approvals, immunization records, and travel insurance.

Quantum Travels will not be held responsible for passengers who are denied boarding, entry, or car rentals due to missing or invalid documentation.

Quantum Travels acts primarily as an agent coordinating bookings between passengers and travel suppliers (including airlines, vehicle fleet providers, and corporate event venues).

We are not liable for any acts, omissions, delays, mechanical breakdowns, itinerary changes, loss of baggage, accidents, or injury caused directly or indirectly by these third-party travel providers.

All design elements, text, graphics, and code templates on this platform are owned by or licensed to Quantum Travels Limited. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse contents for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

You agree to use our systems only for legitimate bookings and communication, and will not submit false passenger records or mock bookings.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lagos State, Nigeria.
